We noticed a puddle of water near the sliding door. Housekeeping had placed a mini fridge on the balcony above us to defrost and the excess water had leaked onto our ceiling near the door. After she had cleaned the floor, she apologized for the trouble, I had asked if there might be an extra desk chair we could use to at the desk for our laptops. The nest day it was in our room when we returned. It was appreciated . Location was good. Several places close for breakfast.

The Location was terrible , a lot of road constuction in front of hotel it was hard to navigate thru the cones to get to the motel . Across the street was a Adam & Eve Porn storn area was shady , but Over all the Staff was very nice and the room was clean .

It was very quiet and peaceful. Sliding glass door needed new wheels if we closed it we had to get maintenance to come open they suggested we not close completely but not willing to leave cracked.

We wanted a low-cost, brand-name hotel in Saint Augustine for five nights, and that's exactly what we got. Only five miles from the historic district, clean, comfortable, right off of I-95.
